Magic slider surprise card ...

Suitable for many occasions when you resort to cash, vouchers or gift card for a present.
You could choose your decoration to suit the theme of the voucher or for the recipient.
I have added a dog to the front of mine as we are a family of dog lovers, so this card could be used as a birthday card for many of them.
This is how the card came out:

I think its really novel way to present a monetary gift and very easy to put together.
You can download the file for free in SVG format here and in FCM format here
If you would like to learn how to create your own file then head over to my You Tube channel here
As always please do not sell my files individually or as a bundle but download them and make projects also remember to direct your friends over to my blog to download their files too.

Contemporary extreme - plus why is the offset tool so useful

Hi my crafty friends I have been busy making another video for you on how to create an even more stylised flower.
I had a load of fun with this one, no two flowers that I have created are exactly the same - I hope that you like them.  They make a great embellishment for cards and scrapbooks alike.
If you are interested this is how the file came out:

I have also tried to explain in detail why the offset tool is a really useful function.  I would encourage you to head over to my You Tube channel where I show you how to create the file, click this link here.
If you would prefer to download the file for use on you projects then feel free to get it in FCM format and SVG format free of charge.
If you like my file or my video please leave comments, then I know that folks are still interested in what I am creating (making one video, converting, editing and uploading takes a few hours) I don't want to be wasting time if you don't like what I am doing.
Please support me by not selling my freely available files individually or as a bundle, like I say this takes a lot of time and all I ask is that you direct your crafty friends to my blog, where they can download their own files.
As always please like, share and subscribe on my You Tube Channel this does help other people to find my videos as comments, likes and subs alters the algorithm to direct others to my videos, which in turn helps to grow my channel and reach more crafters.
Thanks for your continued support, crafty hugs, love Beverleigh 10 xx

Contemporary you ain't seen nothing yet

I have had many requests to show how to make the contemporary daisy file that I premiered on my You Tube channel,  showing how to put the magic eye card together.
I have also used it to make the following cards.

I cut the file twice from black for each card and glued them together this enabled me to create a recess for the paper pieced parts to fit in. I cut it out of orange, yellow and green card and pieced it all together.  I created the background with Distress Inks and my make-up brushes that are very similar to the "life changing brushes" but much cheaper, I can highly recommend them as they are so easy to blend with, this is the current link to them on Amazon though if you are reading this in the future then this link my not be active.
I was also asked about the gem picker that I was using in the video you can find that at this link to Amazon where you can find the one that I use in my videos.
If you would like to watch the video on how to make the file then head over to You tube channel
Or if you prefer you can download a free copy of the file in FCM and SVG format by clicking the appropriate link.
As always please don't sell my files but download them and make them into projects, remember to direct your friends to my blog so that they can do the same.  Can I also ask that you subscribe to my blog, this encourages me to continue to reduce content.

Cutie Pie

Spent a lovely morning with our niece Natalie, Aaron and Teddy - with the rest of the family for Teddy 2nd birthday.

He is now off to Wales in the camper van for his birthday treat tomorrow, he is going to the zoo.

In the video attached he is playing with his new bus that we got him for his birthday.

Magic eye shutter card

Hi my crafty friends, I have been busy creating this magic eye file and video for you.  This makes a lovely interactive card and can be modified in many ways.
I had a lot of fun creating the file and also the card, to test the mechanism and also I wanted a card for my colleague and friend at school, she is is a modern foreign language teacher (mainly French), so I thought this was the perfect theme for her birthday.

This is how the card came out:

I think it came out super cute and the card could easily be adapted to suit any theme and could also be made much bigger or smaller as desired.
You can download a free copy of the file in FCM format here: and also in SVG format here:
I hope that you enjoy the file.
If you would like to learn how to create the file yourself, head over to my You Tube channel here:where I take you step by step through the process.
I hope that you are enjoying my blog posts and also my "how to videos".
Thanks for your continued support.
As usual I ask that you do not sell my files individually or as part of a bundle, though you are more than welcome to make projects and sell as many as you like.  I also would ask that you subscribe to my channel and blog and tell all of your crafty friends where to find me.  Remember that canvas is a free app and the files can be converted to SVG format easily, this means that the files are useful to crafters that own electronic cutters that can read SVG format files.
If you would like a video showing how to convert files then I can do a You Tube video on that, please leave your comments below.
Thanks and Happy Crafting, Love from Beverleigh 10. xx

Pop up with a twist - hop along to you tube now!

Hello my, crafty friends just a quick update to announce the new content on my You Tube channel.
I have been working on he mechanism for this card, I can't claim it as my idea, I saw someone making this the hard way: score board, pencil, ruler and measuring - not my idea of fun.  So I decided to create a digital version this is how the card came out:

Front

Inside

I think that the card came out cute and you can learn how to create your own file over on You Tube HERE.
I show you why the snap to grid function is useful and how to create a multi-font greeting for your card.
Alternatively, you can retrieve the file for free in SVG format here: and FCM format here:
Please do not sell my files as bundles or individually but feel free to make projects with them, please tell your friends where they can find me, on my blog and on You Tube.
See you all soon and happy crafting. xx

My visit to the beach Wednesday 29th May 2019

Well crafty friends and my family, as you know I have been struggling with the tree pollen causing my hay fever to flare up, I decided that a trip to the beach was in order.
So off we went to Blackpool for a couple of hours.
We took Bella down to St Annes beach so that she could have a good run.  The sea air did me a power of good and I felt so much better after.

We then went back into Blackpool and had small fish and chips and then went for an ice cream sundae at the famous Notariannis ice cream parlour.  See pictures today and yesterday

It was a highly enjoyable if somewhat calorific day, I slept very well that night.
